    Hey Sharyn W.!

     

    I would suggest making sure that the email address you're trying to use, is not already used by another Dropbox account.

     

    To confirm, try to login with that email and request a password reset; if a password reset email comes to that address, it means that a Dropbox account is already associated with that email.

    HI Hannah,

    I am using the same email address for my emails and have managed to change to this email address with other websites, etc.

    Hey Sharyn W., is it possible that this email address was used for the account before, or that it might be the current email address of the account?
