I tried to log into my Dropbox account, but I must have created a new one and can't find the old
I tried to log into my DB account from a remote location but it didn't take what I thought was my PW.
I did a PW reset and it must have started a new account.
Now I can't get into my old account.
help
thx

So from your iPhone open Dropbox and go to the 'Personal' tab at bottom right. Check the email there.
Then on the computer open the Dropbox preferences by clicking on the icon top right and seeing email there. They need to match identically.
Another thing to check and look at is if you add a file from one device does it appear on other. If they dont you have two accounts by accident

Hi zuvers
Its not possible to have two accounts under one email, so, if its set up a new account your old account isnt linked to that email address.
How long ago did you last use the account? Can you still access it on other devices?

I can access it from my Iphone.
I use it all the time.
When I tried to log in from a remote computer it didn't like my PW and it had me reset it.
That's where the problems started.
