Issue with 2 Accounts
I have an account that I last used in 2019 at my old job and I don't want to lose the content(you never know what happens in the future). I have created a new account with my new job.
My problem is, I don't have access to my old account because of the email address, and when I use the application pin my Mac to store my new data, it's the account for my old account.
Any suggestions will be very welcome.
Greetings from freezing cold Denmark:-)

Hi there DaveDK - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you try logging out of the account from the app's preferences and then sign in with the correct account?
Let us know how it goes!

Yes, exactly DaveDK - just make sure that the app is 'up to date' and not still syncing first.
Your Dropbox folder should contain your old account's files at this point. You can log out from the app's preferences and copy or move it anywhere on your computer as you would with any other folder. You can rename it as well if you like.
From there, log into the new account through the desktop app's preferences and allow the app to create your new account's Dropbox folder.
I hope this helps!
