Personal and Business accounts accidental merge

A personal dropbox account is being constantly mixed with business account. When team members want to download data that is in the Dropbox business account it requires them to sign in. And when a manager shares sign-in details - they see manager’s personal and business account data. How to make a personal and business account to be divided?
