unable to update email

my dropbox email address - I am unable to change my email address. When I submit my new email address I'm told it's already in use. I want my account featuring my new email.

    Hey klynb, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    If you get this message when trying to change your email address on your account, it means that there's already a Dropbox account associated with that email address. 

     

    Have you tried logging into that account instead?  If you need to, you could also try resetting your password.
