Access on changed email address, and how to improve things.
I have changed email address during illness. Result I can’t access my drop box hope support will sort it but meantime it seems to me that on setup of a new account an alternative access to log in from email with password should be three personal security questions. Save much stres and bother

Hi Copp, I hope you're feeling better now!
Is it safe to assume you're having trouble with the 6-digit-security-code when trying to access your Dropbox account?
Or do you try to reset your Dropbox password?
You also mentioned that you have an open ticket with our Support, from what I understood. Had this been the case, would you mind sending me the ticket number reference, in order for me to have a look?
