Cannot log into original account - it does not show up as an option when I click on Log In

Decades ago I opened an account at work, most times I save as any doc. it will still go there. BUT I cannot log into that account, as it does not show up as an option when I click on Log In, nor can I type in manually, as DB sends me to a Sign Up for a new account page. I have a second account, which is the only one DB will show when I go to Log In. But what I save is going to the first account! Frustrating. I need a work around.

When was the last time you signed in to that account?

Hey charlesaperrone, thanks for letting us know.

Where are you trying to login? Is it the Dropbox website or perhaps the Dropbox desktop app?

Can you send us a screenshot of what you see when you try to login?

Just make sure your email address is not shown on the screenshot.

    Thanks.
