Cannot receive the verification email

Dear all

 

I have resent the verification emails multiple times, added no-reply@dropbox.com to the contact list, checked spam and junk folder, and tried with a few browsers... I still cannot receive the verification email to be able to access files shared with me. May I get some help from those who experienced and solved this? Thanks so much.

    Hi there Yijie - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    If you double checked your email's inbox and spam/junk folder as well and still can't find the verification email, would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally?
