    Paddy123, is there any chance you have any devices that are still linked to that Dropbox account (via a desktop/mobile app)? 

     

    If yes, please check their notifications as the one-time code may be there.

     

    Let me know how that goes.

I've always been able to login with just email and password, but now a decade later it is wanting me to enter in a 6 digit code sent to the email associating with the account that I no longer have access to. No use contacting Google, I hardly used the email so I just wouldn't even be able to verify anything. The thought of losing all my family pictures from that time makes me ill. Do I need to get a lawyer or how do I go about verifying ownership without the email?

Never turn on two factors but my account now asking me enter password two factors I don’t remember my email. But I remember my login and password

    Hey Sezqqqq, sorry to see you're having trouble.

     

    Do you mean that it's asking for a 6 digit code, when you try to login?

     

    Your login would be your email address and your password, so if you know your login, that's the email that the code is going to.

     

    Do you still have access to the email address?

      No I can’t login my email that’s a very old email I don’t remember password! And not same password old Dropbox login !

        Without access to the email address, you won't be able to sign in to the Dropbox account. Your best option is to try to recover your email account so you can receive the one-time security code.
