Can't access email to get 6-digit code
I can login successfully, but needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
Before immigration, login dropbox never needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
After immigration, it needs me to check 6-digit code in email. (same computer)
My email account was disabled (long time no use and I forgot the password), I can't login to my email to check the 6-digit code.
I only want to login Dropbox without check email 6-digit code, so what can I do?
Thanks
Paddy123, is there any chance you have any devices that are still linked to that Dropbox account (via a desktop/mobile app)?
If yes, please check their notifications as the one-time code may be there.
Let me know how that goes.

Hey aa155, thanks for that!
I can see that an agent has responded back to your email. Feel free to respond back, and provide all the necessary info, and you'll go from there.

Hey Bylgja, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.
When was the last time that you logged in to it?
Do you perhaps remember the password for it?

No its so long time ago ca 2016If you haven't used your account since 2016 and you weren't on a paid plan, the account likely no longer exists. If an account sits idle for more than a year it's deleted due to inactivity. Once deleted, there's no way to recover the account or the files that it contained.

It's great to see Dropbox staff like you providing support to users. I understand the frustration of not being able to access your email to retrieve a 6-digit code. It can be a real roadblock.

Hello, unfortunately I can’t login anymore because my e-mail was deleted (but I perfectly remember my login), so I can’t receive the 6 digit code.
My files are still in Dropbox and I really need them - So how can I get them? Please help me, thank you!
