Can't access hacked account
Hello,
My DB account has been compromised, 2FA has been changed and I don't know the emergency codes, so I cannot get logged back in. My contacts are being spammed with a phishing attempt linking to a file in this DB account. How can I gain access again?
I have two tickets open with Dropbox support - no response.... ticket #22436400 and #22435453

I've checked both your support tickets, and I've left an internal message for our team to see.
Since this issue is account-specific, I'd suggest waiting for their reply to your email.

Thank you for the reply, Nancy.
We still have not been contacted through our support tickets... and share invites to the infected file that's been uploaded to our Dropbox are still being emailed out to our contacts.
