Can't access my account even though I know the email and password

I made a dropbox account on my husband's name but it was random email. I remember the email and the password but I can't login. Please help. I have some memorable pictures of me and my husband

    Why aren't you able to sign in? Are you getting an error message? Is the password expired? Are you being sent a security code? etc.
