Can't sign in to my account with iOS 16.1 on ip13
Pleasse help, i can't sign-in my dropbox on ios 16.1 with ip13
my acc have only 1 device.
i was login with my email, pass, and verified with pictures, but dropbox app say "login failed"

I had just active 2 step-verification by app like authy, authenticator, but can't active by phone (i'm from vietnam, so i think the problem came from vietnam network.)

I understand you resolved the issue you had signing in to your account on the Dropbox mobile app, by disabling two-step verification, but now cannot re-enable it.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting, when trying to enable two-step verification?

Hi maiphamtuan, are you able to login to your account using the emergency backup codes, so that you can turn off two-step verification on your end?
