Created a new account, but now I can't access my old account

I accidentally created a new account, and now Dropbox won't let me access my old account and files.  What do I do?

    Hi cynlukas, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you clarify if the old account uses the same email address as the new account, or a different email address?

     

    This will help me to assist further!
