Dropbox account hacked and used even after deleting the account.

This is the second time I am reaching out to Dropbox regarding a hacked account.  A couple of weeks ago I received multiple emails about password change, reset and new login and none of them were initiated by me. I reached out to Dropbox and it was not of much help. I decided to delete the account to avoid any more such hassles.

Even after deleting the account, I received an email saying a new app was added to my account. I have no idea what is happening.

I had to create a new account with the same email id to complain here.

I see that there are several users who have raised account hacked issues! This is quite disappointing!

Hey Doesnt Matter, let's jump right into this!

Can you clarify the exact email you received, along with the domain it came from? If you have any screenshots, feel free to share them with us.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
