Dropbox deleted my account
Hi there Dropbox,
I have a lot of really important files on my Dropbox account with a different email address.
I have always been able to log into that account, though now suddenly you tell me that it does not exist.
Please can you link it to my new email address, or allow me to transfer the files?
Please don't quote my "https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/account-transfer", as this is for teams with multiple users, and is not applicable to me.

Hey LynnetheG, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
When was the last time you signed in to that account?
Also, was the account part of a Dropbox Business team at a previous time?
And could the admin of the team have deleted you from it, thus deleting your account?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Just chiming in here if there's anything else we can do.
Please use this form from an incognito window. You need to ensure that you are NOT signed into any Dropbox account when you fill it in, so that you can select the correct option regards a previous, "Disabled account", rather than the new one
