I'm facing this huge problem I can't get inside my dropbox!

Ciao Caroncini! Yes I did but in a very strange way and not sure if can be replicate. I’ve tried on my computer, using different browse, on my phone app no luck.
but when I tried on my phone using a private page on Crome while i was trying to write on this forum i was able to get a code. And then to turn off the two way authentication and also to copy the codes! I use Dropbox for work and was very stressful. at the end I solved by entering using a browser on my phone. Try this way. Dear Megan , I'm facing the same issue of Tabata P and Nik12 .
I get the same message:
"Impossibile inviare l’SMS per l’autenticazione a due fattori. <a href="/help/364">Assistenza</a>"
This morning I was able to login without any problem, and now I'm not able anymore.
Please, I would really need Your help. Thank You so much!

I have the same problem, tried different browsers, and tried resetting my password. Now stuck in an endless Captcha loop which never lets me in. Have had to create a new account with a different email address in order to post this - pls help!

if I tried with my phone app I get "your phone number for two - factor authentication has SMS blocked." but i do get other codes just now. does anyone have the same problem?
