How can I turn over the client's files from my team?

Some time back I set up a team account under my business email for a client that I shared files with often. Now, that client is leaving and is requesting all of their files. How do I turn over files/folders and delete the team while retaining my other files not associated with that particular team? Does the client need to create their own Dropbox account?

    Did you share a folder with them, or did you add them as a member of your Dropbox Business team?
