How I login to a paid Dropbox account with an email that no longer exists?
Hello.
I need to recover my paid DropBox account (which still exists and for which I am still charged to my credit card).
The problem is the email with which I used to sign in no longer exists because it was the email of my own company as an independent worker and the company was dissolved.
How can a I recover the DropBox account of an email that no longer exists?

Hi MariaBarrios, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
