    Hello, this is the error message when I failed to log in, which indicates that my account has been deleted.What is the reason? And how can I restore my account? I have used this account for many years and it is very important to me. Thank you for your attention and look forward to your reply.

    Not sure if there is actually a solution, but I would definitely suggest reaching out to our support team, who will let you know exactly what can be done.

     

    To contact them, open a private browsing/incognito window, go to this page, choose your issue type, fill out the form and submit your request.

     

    Let us know once you have your ticket number.
