I can't access my account email
Hi All. I have premium Dropbox account that is linked to my professional email. Now this email account is cancelled by previous employer and I can't access to any of my files, stored inside since 2015! This is all very frustrating and I would appreciate help as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

Hi Ivan_NBG, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As you mentioned you can't access the email address associated with your account, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.Keep me updated with any progress!
