I can't log in to my account due to the Captcha

The captcha takes multiple minutes to complete, and better yet, it will either say that I have failed the captcha OR complete the captcha to only refresh the page and ask me to log in again. Because of this, it is literally impossible to access my account. What is going on here?

    Hi gino2000, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    As Mark suggested, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

    The most important ones would be cdn.arkoselabs.com and dropbox-api.arkoselabs.com as that domain belongs to the Captcha system we're currently using.

    Keep me updated with any progress!

    Have you tried clearing cache and cookies in your browser? And making sure no add on blocker type things are active?

    I want to add that I have this issue on different devices, different browsers and different networks. Both the audio and "Game" captcha do not work.
