If you've ensured that you're looking at the correct email inbox, could you try another browser to request the password reset or to log in normally and let us know how it goes?

Hi Walter, I'm sure about this email, and it's not the first time I've had trouble accessing it, I've already asked for help here . I've already tried the steps you suggested, however, not even one type of email from Dropbox is arriving in my email
