I can't receive a code, and have forgotten my password.

I have aproblem accessing my account..i forget my password and when dropbox sends me code.. i don’t receive it on mail !?

    Hi Khaleddddd, let's jump right into this! 

     

    Are you talking about the code, when you try to reset the account's password, or about the 6-digit-security code? 

     

    Can you check your spam folder, to see if the email went there?

     

    If not, try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try to verify your email address again.
