I didn't receive password reset email and 6 digit code
I didn't receive password reset email and 6 digit code, please help, thanks.
I've already created a support-email but didn't receive any response.
There is nothing in the junk folder and I have already saved the email address as a contact, unfortunately no improvement.
It is urgent. Thank you for your support.
