I have been billed for an account I can´t access

Hi, 

 

I have been billed for an account I can´t access and since I can´t access the account I can not get any help from the billing team? Does anyone know how I can get in contact with a real person at dropbox the chatbox is not very helpful? I also tryed to search for the 12diget code using this tool provided, but it does not find anything.
