I need to access my account but can't remember the password and the email can't be accessed
I know the email associated with my account but i can't reset my password or do 2 factor authentication as I closed down the email that i used to use and it no longer exists to receive the links for resets.
I'm being billed $30.99 a month and can't utilise the account nor can i cancel it.
Someone please help. Ideally i'd like to keep it as I have lots of work docs in there

Hey Katiemac, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Do you perhaps have any devices that are still connected to your account, to help you access your files?
Then, cancelling the subscription, would be an easier task.
If not, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly. To do so:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- Choose your issue type and fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know once you have your ticket number!
