I need to access my Dropbox account, but the one-time code is sent to an inaccessible email.

I have been trying to login to my dropbox account but the one time code is being sent to an email which has now been disabled. How can I resolve this issue?

    Hi Walter, I have tried that and it did not work unfortunately. Not sure what’s going on. Please let me know once you have sent the email and I will respond there.

        Dear Walter. I have the same problem. I have a DropBox Plus account, but I cannot access the account anymore, because my work email address was deleted, and all email addresses from the organization I worked for, and I cannot get the verification codes anymore to enter my DropBox Plus account. Could you please let me know a phone number or email address I could reach out for help please?

    Thanks for the reply. I have actually just been able to reaccess my email account but for some reason the code is not being sent to it. Its the exact same email address as before so not sure why it is not coming through. Any suggestions here?

      Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if this persists?

      If it does, we can send you an email to investigate further.

    If you have another device already connected to the account, check the notifications as it will receive the code as well. Otherwise, refer to the following help article:
