I was invited to join a suppliers business account. When I did my files all moved into THEIR account
I was invited to join a service providers dropbox so that they could share monthly statements with me etc. I had two choices, join them with my existing DB account or create a new account. Foolishly I joined them with my existing account, and my Dropbox Plus account was cancelled, and all my files are now accessible only by going into their business dropbox account. This is no bueno and I need to reverse it. Can anyone out there help??
The only person who can do this is the Team Admin at the business.
They need to remove you from the Team (not delete!!). Then you'll need to reupgrade to Plus. Also, get them to reinvite you to a diff email - maybe set one up at Gmail?
