I am not receiving my code . What has happened to the account?

You'll need to provide more context before we'll know how best to respond. Are you trying to sign in to an account and it's sending you a code? Is this a one-time code being sent to email or a multifactor authentication code being sent to another device/authenticator?
What, exactly, are you trying to do, what steps are you taking, and what errors are you getting, if any?
