I'm not getting the email verification on my new account, why?

Hello I just created my account, and I have been trying to receive a confirmation email for my email address but it doesnt appear, I already deleted the cookies, added the dropbox address to my contacts and checked spam and there is nothing.

    Are you using a public email provider, or a business email domain for your Dropbox account email?
