I'm not receiving the password reset email to login to my account.

I have a paid Essentials Dropbox account through July 2025 under an AOL email. Even though I added "no-reply" to my contacts, I have not been able to receive a password reset link in my AOL account. There does not seem to be any way to contact Dropbox by email or phone, and I can't access my files.  I don't remember the last time I accessed Dropbox or shared a file, so I can't reset my password that way. 

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

      I have only been using Dropbox desktop on my PC. Please contact me at [email removed as per Community Guidelines

      The paid account is under removed

      DROPBOX removed 07/27 PURCHASE DROPBOX.COM CA    $119.88

        I paid for the account through 7/27/2025 and now that it has been removed I can't access all my files. I do not consider this issue resolved.  If I can't access my files then I will never you use Dropbox again and will advise anyone else not to use it. I would also insist on a probabed reimbursement.
