Inaccessible paid account

I have an account with a paid plan that I can no longer access because I forgot the password and no longer have access to the email with which it was created.
But I continue to pay and would like to be able to access the account and thus the files again.
Is there a solution?

    Is there a possibility of reaching out the email service provider to see if you can regain access to the email address in question?

     

    If not, I'm afraid we won't be able to help much with restoring your access to the account, but our team will be able to help cancel the subscription to avoid any further charges.
