Keep getting one-time code to inactive email address
I have an account with dropbox but it was set up with an e-mail address that has since been deactivated. This is a work e-mail that I no longer have access to. I have a subscription on this account but cannot get into it as every time I try to login, it sends a verification code to the deactivated e-mail address. How can I get into my account?

Hi Popatrick! Thanks for posting about this here.
Do you currently have any devices that are still logged in to this Dropbox account? If yes, please check their notifications. The one-time code can be found there, as well.
If not, I’d suggest getting in touch with our support team directly (here are the steps to do this). Please send me your ticket number afterwards.
Let me know once you’ve got more updates.
