No access to admin email - can't access Dropbox on new device due to one-time code
A member of my team has been saving her design files to our company Dropbox account for about two years. When she attempts to login, Dropbox states its sending a verification code to the email associated with our parent account; however, we are not receiving that code. We also no longer have access to the admin's email address as she left the company several months ago. Any ideas on how to regain access? Thanks so much!

Welcome to the Community, JessicaW1!
Even if the admin of the Dropbox team has left, this team member should still be able to receive the one-time code to her own Dropbox email address. Did you mean perhaps that her Dropbox account is now linked to the previous admin's email address somehow?
If not, has she checked the email's spam/junk folder, and added no-reply@dropbox.com to her email contacts? If not, please tell her to try that as well, and let me know how it goes.
Also, if she has other devices linked to that Dropbox account, she may have received the code in the notifications section.
Ping me, when you’ve got more updates.
