Not receiving one time code to access my Dropbox account

Dear community,


I cannot access my dropbox account.
I am asked to enter a code after typing in my email and password. Both are correct. The code should have been sent to the e-mail account I use for Dropbox.
But there is no email from dropbox in my inbox. I also add no-reply@dropbox.com to my contact list as indicated in the FAQ section.
Moreover, I tried to request a new password. The same problem applies here. I do not receive any mail from dropbox. What can I do??? Other emails go into my inbox.

    If you've ensured that you're looking at the correct email and Dropbox account, could you try another browser and let us know how it goes?
