Not receiving the security code to sign in
I have added no-reply@dropbox to my contacts and it’s still not working, please help!

If you've also checked your spam folder and the email isn't there either, you can submit a help request to our support team directly.
To do so, open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page, fill in the form and submit your request.
Once you have your ticket number, please send it to us as well.
