Old DB account
Hi, I've recently found out that a previous employee had a dropbox account, they've been gone for 2 years, and their email address used to set up DB is not active, and I believe that they're are files saved that I'm needing access too.. With the 2 factor authorisation, I cant gain access, is there a way for Dropbox to add me to the account or give me access, if I supply the email that it was set up with?
Thanks!

The only way to gain access to the account is with access to the email address associated with it and, if two-step authentication is enabled, with the emergency backup codes that were issued when two-step authentication was enabled.
