Previus Account Cannot Log In
Previously i have dropbox account on 2013 using another email. But when i try to log in, then they said this account have no account with dropbox and ask to new sign up. Tq

Hey nabil22, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify when was the last time you logged into the account in question?
If it's been more than a year, it may have been closed due to inactivity.
