My ex is using my email for his Dropbox. I havent used Dropbox before and have just started to use it and his name is on my account.
Can anybody help to block him or help me to get my account back

You can change the email address on the account to his, and then you can start your own account with your own email address. Or you can change the password on the account and use the Security page to remove any of his devices/sessions, and he won't be able to access the account.
I'd also suggest enabling two-step verification on your account as an added security measure. If you do, be sure to save the emergency backup codes you'll be given.
