Shared folder viewed in users personal folder, not in the root folder
I'm admin of our Dropbox account.
I have a folder in the root called Accounting
When I invite a new user access to this folder and they navigate to it on the their desktop it is in their personal folder instead of the Root of Dropbox
Dropbox/JohnDoe/Accounting.
That doesn't make sense because it is in
Dropbox/Accounting.
How can I show this in the root of the Dropbox folder in Explorer?

Hi TheLegend, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Was the user invited to the folder itself, or the Accounting folder?
This will help me to assist further!

The Accounting folder from the admin console.
I clicked the Share to Dropbox and entered the users name and the User got an invite

Thanks for the info, as this is related to account specific information, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to assist further.

Hi one follow up question - is the user a member of your Dropbox team?
