Sign-in

Hello Guys, 

I have 2FA set up to my email but I'm not receiving an email with 2 FA code in order to sign in to my paid Drop Box ,

 

Can someone please help ?

    Welcome to the Community, Kelthzard!

     

    It sounds like you’re receiving the one-time security code to your email (which is different to 2FA). 

     

    Can you send me a screenshot of what you see while trying to log in though, so that I can confirm? Please make sure to mask your email address before adding it to the forum. 

     

    Give me a nudge, when you’re ready.

    Hello Nancy thank you for answering me the problem i m having is when i enter my username and enter my password there a code that should go to my email whenever i open my email i never receive the code and i m stuck there i need documents to work on and never receiving the code to my email

    Hey Kelthzard, can you try to login from a different browser to see if that helps?

     

    If not, make sure to also check your spam folder and add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts as well and try again.
