Someone has stolen our account, and changed login email address.
Hi
Our account that we have has been stolen.
our login email address [email removed as per Community Guidelines] doesn’t work for login.
We got an email fromDropbox that someone with other address did changes without gave access or permition to change ligin email address etc.
This a case for complain to maybbe police?
This is not accepted.

What is the message you get on your end, when trying to log into your account?
As for the email that you received, would you mind clarifying the exact email address it came from, and what exactly was said there?
If you have a screenshot, feel free to send it over, in order for me to have a visual too.

On the atached screenshot you can see our email address and who changed without permission. Not okey!!

You attach screenshot via the camera icon on the reply screen here.
For criminal things you must report to police, although I doubt they'll help as its low scale sadly 😞
For account issues you need to log out of everything and log a ticket via www.dropbox.com/support
