"Too many incorrect attempts" error when trying to reset a password

Hi,

I need to reset my password for a Dropbox account but I keep getting this message.

I've waited over a day to try to reset it but still no luck.

Can someone open a ticket to investigate?

I can supply all relevant details.

Michael

    Hi Hannah

I tried to reset the password again and this time it worked!

Sorry, I was a bit premature in raising this issue.

Thanks for looking into this for me.

Hey Mikeywg, thanks for joining our Community.

Are you still having an issue with this?

Do you have access to the email address associated with the account in question?

And have you tried to reset the password while connected to a different network/WiFi?

    Keep me posted.
