Unable reset and receive and verify code

Hi Dropbox Support,

 

One staff of email forget password and unlink dropbox. He reset password but no receive email. He verify 6-digit code but no receive email. 

He checked JUNK and SPAM inbox. But empty and no receive email.

 

And also no-reply@dropbox.com in whitelist and unblock. Still no receive email

Need call support phone. but empty.

 

How to solve?

      I tried other browser and incognito internet. Not working receive

        Can they reach out to us here and reply on this thread from their account, ITBizit ?

         

        Or do you have access to their email address maybe?
