Unable to delete basic account: error 'post_delete might be having issues'.

I recently created a dropbox basic account to back up data from an app on my iphone - the app directed me to dropbox and I believe the dropbox account is created with my apple id. I have tried to delete the account on Edge browser from the 'delete account' option in My Account on Dropbox but continually receive the following error page:-

Any suggestions please?

    Just to add, I have tried this on Chrome browser to and got the same error. Also cleared the browser cache/history but same error on re-trying.

      Hey cc1973 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

      If this persists on an incognito window as well with no extensions or plugins running, may we reach out via email to have a look internally?
