Unable to receive security codes or password reset requests from Dropbox

Hi,

I'm not receiving security codes or password reset requests from Dropbox and am therefore unable to login.

    Can you please check your email's spam/junk folder as well and let us know if you can find the emails there?

      Hi,

      No, no luck with checking spam/junk mails. I wasn’t even able to log into the forums to post my question, had to create another account. Not sure what’s happening. I’ve added the noreply Dropbox email to my contacts within my email and a number of other troubleshooting options but still not receiving the verification code

        Jaysonnn, in this case, I suggest having a look with our support team directly. Here are the steps to contact them.

         

        Send me your ticket number here afterwards, and I’ll leave them an internal note on your behalf too.
