Unable to sign into Dropbox passwords
Hi,
I'm getting this error that says "You connected 3 devices or browsers to Passwords — that’s the limit on our free plan. Upgrade to continue on this device." when trying to login on Dropbox passwords on either the Google Chrome and the Microsoft edge web browsers. I'm not really sure how to solve this issue, so I could use some help.

Hi there kaushalseelam, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send me a screenshot of the exact error you're getting and clarify how many devices you've linked to your Dropbox Passwords account?
Thanks!

This is the error I am getting. I don't know for sure but I think only my computer should be logged in Dropbox passwords.

Hi kaushalseelam, as it sounds like you have the Dropbox Passwords service on more than 3 devices, you can unlink any extra devices from your devices using the Dropbox settings page for your account:
- Login to your account on dropbox.com
- Go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/connected_apps
- Scroll down to the section "View Dropbox content"
- You will see entries for "DB Passwords Android", "DB Passwords iOS and Mac" and "DB Passwords Windows", depending on how many different devices you have setup Passwords on
- Click on an entry, and select "Disconnect" to unlink your Dropbox Passwords account from that device
If you are planning to remove unlink Dropbox Passwords on all of your devices, please ensure that you have printed or saved your recovery words beforehand, as otherwise you will not be able to gain access to your Passwords account again.
