We can't get a security code via Google Groups email address
Good morning,
we are a group of musicians.
We use googlegroups for our email exchanges.
To share our music scores, we created (in 2014) a Dropbox account from our address xxxx@go...

To clarify, are you all using the same personal Dropbox account? If yes, keep in mind that this is against our Terms of Service and can potentially lead to the termination of the account.
Now, regarding the issue you mention, I’d suggesting reaching out to our support team. Here are the exact steps you’ll need to follow.
Send me your ticket number here afterwards and I’ll leave them an internal note for you, as well.
