    Had issues on my Silicon Macs (M1 MBP and M2 Mini) with a watchdog timeout at restart/shutdown. Would hang for 4 minutes then kernel panic and restart. Took about a week to realize it was Dropbox related by testing on multiple computers in multiple networks. Downgraded to previous stable release and problem stopped.
